Wherever you are at today, and whatever armies are coming up against you, our prayer is that you will respond with prayer and obedience to God, the same God that Jehoshaphat worshiped. <itunes:summary>
In a time that is filled with many uncertainties, our hope is that you will first remain connected to Jesus as our source of stability. The world is forced to pause and recognize not only who God is, but also recognize our deep need for Jesus: Our anchor of Hope. Through this episode we want to share an honest conversation that Alicia Divers, Megan Kalambo and Aubrey Ruiz had regarding racial reconciliation and restorations. This was helpful in considering what to do with all we read and see in the news. They answered hard questions and directed us back to Jesus. They talked about allowing God to examine your hearts, Educating your hearts and finally being brave enough to allow God to unite our hearts. We are praying that this will be a blessing to you.
</itunes:summary>

In this episode Natalie McGehee shares valuable and practical lessons from Hagar’s life. Natalie is a doer. She does everything efficiently, yet she loves people. She loves traveling, exploring and always leaves people, places and processes better than how she found them. But she is also just an everyday woman whose constant search for Jesus in everything she does sets her apart. In this episode Natalie talks about how she’s learned that the holiness of rest is worship unto God. In Hagar’s life we see God provide, not scarcely, but abundantly. God met her in the wilderness and in this place of impossibility He became a God that sees and hears. He still does that for us today. We hope you will be encouraged by this today.

Gather Teaching | Cody Andras

 <itunes:subtitle></itunes:subtitle>
 <itunes:author></itunes:author>
 <itunes:summary>
In this teaching Cody shares on how she has learned that keeping your "hands to the plow" is something completely different than mowing the lawn. When we picture ourselves mowing the grass, we are leveling the ground in front of us in order for it to be well-manicured and manageable. It’s really hard to stop comparing manicured lawns. But a plow does something very different. A plow pulls up the soil. It reaches deep into both manicured and maniacal grass and pulls it out at the root. Plowing looks a lot like destroying wherever growth was already there. Unplowed ground, to the untrained eye, always looks more pleasant. Perhaps there are things we’ve been doing and ways we’ve been being that God wants to uproot—not because they’re inherently wrong but because they’ve run their course. The season is over and the soil must be made ready for what’s next. You will be encouraged to keep your "hands to the plow". Enjoy listening.
</itunes:summary>

Fear has a way of creeping in and it will either cripple us or it will move us into action: either towards the feet of Jesus or propels us into our own "brilliant strategy". And living within this strategy will leave us just fine. What if being fearful, but fine in our own strategy is just not good enough anymore, what if God has fire for us? Corlischa teaches on this very topic and allow us to bring our fears and strategies to God so He can exchange it for fire.
</itunes:summary>

She also shares about how middle places are often found in the transition from one thing to the next, but it is so much more than only a place we need to pass through. The journey through these "in-between" places cultivates perseverance and faithfulness so that God can equip us for what He has for us. It is part of the process and how God is writing our stories. Remaining faithful allows us to see God at work.
</itunes:summary>
